ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trent Thompson, you will be working for a Top Rated State Farm Agent in Minnesota! We successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Work with the agent and team members to meet individual and team sales goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Be open to feedback from team members, manager, and agent to grow your sales skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life and Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
